This piece has been in the works for quite some time due to personal issues. My anxiety levels have been through the roof and thanks to a noisy neighbour we are moving out to a new and improved living/working space in downtown Toronto. RESET calls for the destruction of preconceived notions that keep you stuck and the construction of new ideas and habits to live a better life.
